Kliper model 1

In 2004 NPO Energia presents to the public the Kliper project, to illustrate it the company invites the press in the RKK Energia center to show them a model of the future Kliper shuttle.

This model is at full scale and was built from 2003 to 2005, it is not functional and helps to show the general aspect of the shuttle. The inside of the shuttle is not fitted out yet at this period and will not be shown to the journalists. It will be finished next year, in 2005, the inside is basic, we see some LCD screens and some devices there, to enter into the shuttle a door on the left side is fitted out (it will not exist on the final model), it is also this year that the model is shown at the MAKS air show.
